Ingredients: White and dark meat turkey, salt, pepper, and herbs
Heating Instructions
For best quality, thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours.
Conventional Oven:
- preheat oven to 325º
- bake, covered, for 45 minutes – 1 hour
- Check temperature in the middle to read at least 165º
Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients: Red skinned potatoes, sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Heating Instructions
For best quality, thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours.
Conventional Oven:
- preheat oven to 325º
- bake, covered, for 40 – 45 minutes
- Uncover and stir remaining butter on top back into the potatoes. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes until piping hot.
Green Beans
Ingredients: Green beans, butter, salt, and pepper.

Conventional Oven:

- bake, covered, for 25 – 35 minutes
Traditional Bread Stuffing
Ingredients: Bread, onions, celery, chicken stock, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs

- preheat oven to 325º
- bake, covered, for 45 minutes – 1 hr
- Uncover and check temperature should be at least 165 degrees
Turkey Gravy
Ingredients: Pan turkey drippings, butter, seasonings and black peppercorns
Heating Instructions
For best quality, thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours.
Conventional Oven:
- preheat oven to 350º
- bake, covered, for 1-1/2 hours
- remove lid and parchment paper and continue to bake until top browns to your liking, approximately 20-35 minutes, or until inside reads 165º
For safety we recommend all products are reheated to an internal temperature of 165º.
