Heating Instructions

For best quality, thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours.


  • Heavily season steak with salt & pepper.
  • Bring to room temperature for 10 minutes before grilling.
  • Grill on each side for 7-8 minutes or until inside reaches internal temperature of 115 for medium rare, 125 for medium, 135 for medium well, or 150 for well done.
  • Let rest for 5 mins.
